Structure: The hat has a six-panel structure, an eyelet on each panel, and a curved visor with eight rows of stitches.

Adjustable snap closure: The cap features a plastic snap closure so it can be adjusted for the perfect fit

Visor: The under-visor is in a classic green color for an extra touch of timeless style.

Fiber composition: Solid and heather colors are 80% acrylic, 20% wool, White is 100% acrylic.

  Please follow the specific requirements for embroidery designs

  We recommend using designs with full shapes that are spaced from each other (instead of overlapping or being close together). 

  The design should touch at least 2 sides of the template otherwise it will be scaled up to meet this requirement. Embroidery machines are set to align the design to the middle of the print area so designs will be automatically centered.

  Your design should NOT contain:

  • Photos
  • Gradients
  • Small details (< 0.05” (1.3 mm))
  • Small text (< 0.25” (6.4 mm))
  • Small negative spaces
  • Transparency around the edges

  Also, please only use predefined embroidery thread colors (up to 6 from 14 available). For more precise designs, please use our downloadable templates.
